Louise Rodgers

Sister Louise Rodgers, affectionately known as "Cootie", was born on May 31, 1958, to the late Robert Earl Rodgers and Willie Mae McCaster Rodgers. She departed this life on July 1, 2021, in Pensacola, FL. Ms. Rodgers leaves to cherish her memory two devoted sons, Johnny Edward and Willie James Rodgers; devoted sisters:Bessie Lee Smith, Brenda Robinson, and Sharon Bumpers; brothers: Robert McCaster, Ed Rodgers, Allen Rodgers, Mark Jones, and Fredrick Jones; 2 Aunts, a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and devoted friends. Celebration of life services will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Union Baptist Church, Jackson, AL, with viewing from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour. Public visitation will also be held on Friday, July 9, 2021, from 3-6 p.m. at Thomasville Memorial Funeral Home. Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers, as "Cootie" will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
