Josephine Colston Clark was born October 8,1942 in Camden, AL to the late Peter and Emma M. Colston. Josephine received the Holy Ghost after attending Macedonia Baptist Church in Milwaukee, WI. During this time, she was working for the county hospital and nursing home company. Shortly after working for the county hospital, she relocated to Lower Peachtree, AL, where she joined All Saints Holiness, where she served as a deaconess under Bishop Locke. She worked for Jones Sewing Company and Thomasville Manufacturing Sewing.
During her time of being a wife and mother, her and her husband traveled, attended every service at church, went fishing, and shopping. Later years, she became a missionary.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lennie Clark Sr; two sons, Charlie and Michael Colston; and her sister, Shirley Bethea.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her daughter Sheila (Derrick) Morrissette; two sons Reginald (Pamela) Clark Sr., and Lennie C. Clark Jr.; God-children Travis Kidd, Mary Robinson, Delesha Carstarphen and Siera Westry; brother, Fred M. Colston; three sisters, Pauline Clark, Pauletta Mallory, and Lillie (William) Smith; Step-son, Michael (Brenda) Stabler; a host of other relatives and friends.
